Gravix is a financial management platform focused on B2B operations, offering solutions for multi-currency account management, bulk payment processing, and real-time notifications.

Problem
Businesses faced inefficiencies in managing bulk financial transactions due to manual processes, fragmented handling of fiat and cryptocurrency, and lack of real-time transaction feedback.

Consolidate multi-currency (fiat and cryptocurrency) balances into one system.
Provide real-time transaction notifications to ensure transparency and build user trust.

Solution:
Improving User Experience
Our design solutions targeted the key pain points by introducing features to automate workflows, unify balance management, and provide real-time transaction feedback. This resulted in improved operational efficiency and greater user satisfaction.
Automated Payment Workflows: We implemented a system to automate bulk payments, eliminating human error and reducing delays.
Real-Time Transaction Notifications: We enabled real-time transaction status updates to inform users of confirmations, failures, and completions as they occurred.
Unified Platform for Fiat and Cryptocurrency Management: A single platform was developed to manage both fiat and cryptocurrency balances, providing a clearer overview of the user’s financials.
Simplified High-Volume Transaction Processing: The platform supports high-volume transactions, introducing features like batch processing and immediate status updates to streamline payment handling.
